The Brentwood, Tenn.-based family also includes Taylor's 14-year-old twin sons, Jake and Hunter, with first husband Matt Martinez.
Taylor and Lamar, who met signing autographs at a charity event, tied the knot Dec. 27, 2006, a little more than five years after the leggy cover girl was severely injured in a car crash. She spent two and a half months in the hospital in the summer of 2001, undergoing more than 40 surgical procedures to repair internal damage.
Earlier this year, Taylor told People that she had worried she would never be able to get pregnant again.
"Every month it wasn't happening I was feeling more frantic," she said. "I am just really happy getting ready for the baby we have wanted so much."
There's no word on whether she delivered naturally or via C-section, but Taylor was optimistic about the possibility of having to give birth without the aid of an epidural because of steel rods that were implanted in her spine—right where the epidural would go—after the accident.
"You know what? I had the worst pain I could imagine after the accident and surgeries," she said. "I can do natural childbirth!"
